Version 0.2 - Luceepu

Version 0.2 comes with some minor fixes, balances and the addition of the second Earthly Prince: Luceepu.

Additions:

• Added Earthly Prince Luceepu

• Some visuals updated with Urizen 2.0 update
• Increased effectiveness of visibility changing items
• Burning, drowning, and poison show damage

• Entities update stats upon taking equippables
